Look around the Taiwanese and Japanese websites if you want that, Maruzen (the only company that makes a P99) isn't exactly popular in the US.

the only gas powered P99s i know are the crappy CO2 ones you can get at big5, and the spring ones too

Maruzen makes the nbb and umarex makes the rebranded version of the nbb also, but umarex is unthreaded and no silencer. I need it with or at least the adaptor

Maruzen is GBB, not NBB.
