New to Airsoft... trying to compile serious MILSIM team

Black Sierra Productions hosted a MilSim challenge (the BSP Challenge) a couple years ago & the Impression Series last year. Instead of an objective force-on-force game, teams ran scenario lanes and were judged on how they handled the situation. APST also did their CQC series several years ago too.
