Hello my name is Curtis. I have joined this site to get familiar with the people, fields, rules and etc, seeing that in the few months or years to come I will be moving up north to Oregon. Little to know about me really.. I've been playing airsoft for 10 years now, that doesn't mean I know the best aftermarket upgrades one can do. But I know how to play airsoft, and I know what works for me. I have been a marshal for a few OP's that were held here in CA, and now I've been in the works of writing my own, also have participated in a few but nothing like OP: Lions Claws. Well, what part of Oregon and when are you getting here?
Because, I'd recommend attending one of the upcoming Lords of War games coming up in March, just to get to know some of the Oregon airsofters.

It's up in the air between portland and eugene is where ill reside. Ill have to check that op info i'm sure it's posted on here somewhere

Thankfully it takes place in an area between Portland-Eugene. And, in either location, you'll be surrounded by a good number of Airsofters (more so in Portland, than Eugene, mind you).

Understood, the wife doesn't understand how location and airsoft is really important to me

Corvallis is still untapped as in terms of Airsoft. Some people have mentioned unused locations, but the community is near nil. Some nice guys who group together and go to games in other cities, but nothing in Corvallis itself.
Just from my perspective, of course. Portland is, undoubtedly, a safe spot to go. And if you ever want to go to the MilSim West games in Washington, you can make it easily.
