Call your hits, don't argue with the admin. Enjoy yourself.
Use proper grammar, they will get you if you don't.
Stay hydrated out on the field.
Get good boots and a good uniform that matches others, look at some of the photos and see what every one else is wearing. It's good to be different but it's hard to place you on a team when your camo is one of a kind.

Hope this helps and welcome to AP.

Read EVERY Sticky. They are located at the top of every sub-forum and if you read them all you will come out the other end with the knowledge of an airsoft veteran.

Hello masterchief, (fixed from nark hehe oops)

Welcome to AP!

As for advice tip and tricks.... well from what I have learned here in my short time here.

1. Read the forum rules.
2. Read what people say think about it then type a reply
3. Understand that a lot of the guys here they give advice but it's not always in the most the tactful way. A lot of the guys here are strait shooters if they think something crap they will tell you.
4. Use Spell checker.
5. Take all comments and advice with a grain of salt.

There is no 'overkill.' There is only 'open fire' and 'I need to reload.

Don't rush to be on a team. Play as many games as you can and look at other players to see if they fit your style of play. Introduce your self to other players on the field. Don't be afraid to ask them questions and try to roll with everything on the game. IF you are questioning IF you got hit best solution is just to call it. Last thing you want is someone saying your not calling hits. Word can spread fast. IN my book respect is EVERYTHING!!!! If your having trouble finding something or think you may have a dumb question just shoot me a pvm and I'll try to guide you the right way. I'm a new player too (1 yr) but learning stuff everyday.....

Haloguy...err...Master Chief yadda yadda, welcome to AP. Watch your grammar. For example, most people capitalize the first word of a sentence.

Read the stickies!
