How many members on your team?

"mine" (I don't lead it) has 5-6 depending on the day. We are working on getting more of our friends playing into and with better gear. We have never been to a game since we want more practice time before we play. I'm getting pushy though

The team I am on is still coalescing. We have 4 active voting members, 1 inactive (deployed) member, and are running weekly training for ourselves and a couple more provisional members. We are doing CQB training exclusively at this point, but might start looking more into outdoor event appearances at some time in the future. Three of us are either active on the boards or at least read them regularly. Recruiting is on an invite-only basis and requires approval from all four of the available voting members. Team membership requires weekly attendance at training / conditioning events.

Not counting me, I'd say that I got about 20 guys that don't show up.
