Don't ever try to make your team-mates do anything you wouldn't do yourself. Team members always respond to orders better if they know you would be doing it if you weren't to busy directing people.

So far it looks pretty good. One place I would look for inspiration is CamoTech.com. They do a lot of custom embroidery jobs for hundreds of agencies, including alphabets, military, and civilian groups. I plan on picking up a few of their patches pretty soon. I also plan on getting an Easy Button patch from MSM for my bag.
