I'd buy metal mid caps over real caps since they'll let you do more than real caps. If you are light on the trigger, you can just load a couple and use that all day. Or if you goto a long game, load them to capacity and never need to break for a reload.

If you're going for realism, as it seemed with your first post, then having more than 10 mags on you MAX is going to totally defeat that purpose. In the real world, mags are a lot heavier then they are in airsoft, and people tend to carry fewer on their person.
I'd personally go for some nice metal midcaps, or Star ones. Star makes 85 round midcaps for a few bucks more than the lowcaps; which you van use for any situation. If you need lowcaps, you can load them to 34 rounds to account for the loss of 4 rounds (making normal lowcaps actually 26 round mags, not 30), and if you're out in some hose-fest, load them to max and kill away.

Sorry to threadjack, but does anybody know if there's speed loaders that load exactly 30 rounds?
