Is this better than the Magpul training course?

Seems like this man provides better training than the Magpul school, such as fee & the stuff he knows.

How is Vickers tactical compare to Magpul?? Is Larry Vickers = Chris Costa?
I only know Larry Vickers designed the HK416, 417, Sig 516..
