Postin in a dead thread!

If you pick up on ARMS magazine, they have a list of games that happen every month, and where the field is. Probably your best bet. I lived in Kyushu for many years, so I don't know a ton about Tokyo, other than there are a ton of fields in Chiba and Yamanashi.

Jeez i would have responded in my own thread sooner had i known someone was gonna revive it after so long

Torin: I would either check out stores in Tokyo like Echigoya that have flyers and info on Airsoft fields in the area. You will every once and awhile meet some english speaking players who will be more than happy to bring you along and show you how things are done.

You're best bet is to find a field, give them a call and just go. The fields I was able to go to were all extremely friendly and the players were almost all extremely polite.

Thanks everyone for the fast replies! I picked up a magazine and found a place an hour drive away. I emailed them a few questions, but I was wondering, can you just show up by yourself? It appears you have to go with a group, or is it fine just to show up without a reservation all on your own? Thanks again!

Unless it's a full on scheduled event or run by one of the shops like First or Fortress, like one of the overnight games, they usually are almost completely drop-ins.

How did you go about communicating and filling out the safety wavers?

As far as I know, I haven't seen any safety waivers in Japan for survival games. If there such waivers I'm sure it's just a signature. They'll probably let you fill it out in English.
