Dream Field

Postby Frin » Thu Feb 12, 2015 12:02 pm

Hey guys, I was driving around Salem the other day and I saw an old Honda car lot that Honda recently moved out of and I thought to myself, that'd be fun to air soft in (multiple buildings covering a large area, include a building with a sky bridge). I was also thinking it would be a blast to have an airsoft battle in a legit city downtown area, day or night, though I think night would be more entertaining. Regardless this got me thinking about what sort of "Dream Fields" people have thought about before. So post it up! what's your dream airsoft location? Maybe a Walmart Super Store or a Shopping mall! Who knows, We certainly won't until you share!

A neighborhood. Mix of 1 and 2 story buildings. Say 40 to 50 houses. Abandoned cars and trucks. That way you still need to clear buildings, snipe from a 2 story house and working on movements thru the streets.

That'd be pretty intense. Are you thinking a post apocalyptic style so everything's a little run down, maybe the houses have been ransacked and some windows have been boarded up, or are you thinking a neighborhood that for some reason everyone just disappeared and now you're airsofting in it?

My dream field is a beach. Beach Landings are cool as hell.

I have a 16' Jon boat. I could carry 3-4 guys with gear. We could put another 6 guys on the beach and you and 3 guys could try and storm it. It'd be a simulation of the first wave of most beach assaults. Hell, if you want bring 30 of your friends. I'll ferry them 3 at a time to the beach.

LOL.

My money is on the defense.

Airsoft beach assaults. Really?

Maybe we could do that in Cabo San Lucas, or anywhere we could get a tactical margarita, served by a girl with a real tan?

Having "played" in a few MOUT sites and down at Lion Claws in California at the old airforce housing(which is confusing as shazaam since everyitng looks the same), its meh. Sure some of the MOUT sites back east look pretty awesome, but all major MOUT just turns into a giant cluster shazaam with no cohesion when it comes to airsofters.

Personally I'll take a large tract of land with mixed stuff, woods, open, small "villages" in the area. Like what D-Day Adventure Park has in Oklahoma.

A strip club. Flat out worst CQB environment to work through. Especially if the strippers are still there.

If they're still there, I'd hang up the AEG and order a beer. Maybe a lapdance, too.

Jew, negative points for referring to video game maps.

Like I even know what those are.
