Duke - we're not trying to turn you off to the WWII German thing that we're doing - we're just trying to set everyones expectations accordingly (plus, Renegade needs some help recruiting ;) He dosent have the sexy german uniforms, or sexy german women like we do ;))

Y Harness gear isnt technically accurate for the Vietnam period, H harness and M56 or M67 are accurate.

$150 for repro US jump boots is a lot. You can buy black corcorans for around $20 and dye them.

Assholes like me can tell ;) Plus http://www.mooremilitaria.com sell M1956 series H-Harnesses. $15.00 (plus shipping).

M1967 Harnesses are Nylon (like Y-Straps), but they're still an H-Harness ;) The Y-strap's don't come in until later ;)

True. I'm not doing American re-enacting, so I took a look at whatpriceglory's selection, and used that :-p

Getting a VN slant pocket jungle jackets costs about as much, often less - than getting a proper OD BDU jacket.
Just food for thought.

We are no longer going to be using Proper OD BDU's. We are switching to the Actual VN stuff.
