I believe it is a Solothurn S18/1100. Its a 20mm, Semi-or-fully automatic Anti-Tank rifle firing from a 10 round magazine. It weighs in at about 55kilograms is about 85 inches long (57 inches of barrel), and was provided to the Hungarians by the Germans.
