I was thinking over an idea to do a Cowboy Airsoft event off ranch. I’m a member of the backcountry horseman and we have packed in and out of this cabin as well as cut and repaired the porch for the forest service.

Pretty cheap to rent, and I could pack in a wall tent as well.

Anybody interested?

There is a big cowboy game coming up down in SoCal.

It could be a thing I'd look at.

Anybody play SCA? That’s the medieval dudes.

Just found this.

Thinking what I’m thinking? Anybody ever play Cowboys and Indians? Supposedly with a bow limit of 30 lbs an arrow will still travel 90 yards. That’s greater range than most airsoft rifles. Including the AK Winchester 92.

I just had neck surgery so it’s too early to tell if this will fix my vertigo.

I would love too.

Top ten reasons to Cowboy Airsoft:

1) Your too old to sleep on the ground
2) Instead of choking down repro C rats? Steak and chili is being served at the Chuck wagon.
3) You do not need 10,000 bbs in order to compete.
4) You no longer worry about the latest and greatest rendition of the M4 model.
5) You no longer worry about the latest and greatest rendition of camo pattern.
6) Milsim does not allow for you to get shot while cheating at cards.
7) You need to practice your gun drawing skills repeatedly. Extra points for gun twirling skills.
8) Hiding in bushes and shooting at people is considered Bushwhacking. A low down yellow bellied act of cowardice.
9) Dressing like Doc Holliday is a intimidating cool act.
10) How many freakin AK vs AR venues can one person attend in one lifetime!? Really?

Feel free to add to the list!
