4) Look at the Team Topics section and look at what other teams are doing. Yes, there is a team topics section. That's where teams post this sort of stuff.

There are a lot of reputable teams recruiting now, you might want to know some people and play some OPs then more people would be interested. And again why start a team as your first post, and how are you going to construct it?

I've found that the best way to make a team is to meet and play with some people locally first. Human interaction goes a long way and answers a lot of questions. Make friends with local players, if you have a local field or group to go to.

One piece of advice is get to some game and get know out there before u start a team (been there)

I don't think I have ever seen a team work out that was started by a lone wolf and recruited people from there.
It usually works that a group of friends with some games under their belt decide to form into a team.
