New team: BloodAngels

I have a new team that goes by the name of the BloodAngels. we are based out of salem. For those of you who were at the zombie apoclipse 2010, i'm the short one on that team. Just wanted to get my team name out here and if you have any ideas on how to improve or develop a team structure, pm me. thanks!

Seems like a reasonable question to me, good sir.
For example, my team was formed when a like minded group of airsofters decided to call themselves a team, and designed the team around that. Then we invited more friends and became larger.

I think it's a good question. A team should have a purpose, or they may as well just go home.

My advice to you.

Start a website
Design a logo/patch
Set a loadout requirement, be cohesive with your teammates
Show up to lots of events

Every person our age trys this. And yes i have tried it to with the exact same results. Just go out to a lot of events, play by yourself for a while and then try to make a team. Also, like many people have said, Whats your loadout, why should they join your team etc. Please take these things in mind before you post topics like this.

Well, the question of why we are a team is simply becaus we are a group of friends that like to play with airsoft guns. we enjoy the sport a bit so we united under the name the BloodAngels and that basically how we came to be. our uniform is a standard combat pattern woodland camo pants, boots (tan or black) and a black shirt with combat pattern woodland camp jacket.
