172nd Rota now recruiting in the Rogue Valley

The 172 Rota is a Russian team based on the Vityaz in the Rogue Valley that is currently recruiting quality players to join a team environment. We are a mil-sim oriented team that values integrity and honesty as core values, and we like our members to portray those values in their playing style.
Started in 2007, the 172nd has gone through several stages of growth over the years to arrive where we are today: a team that looks to dominate the field through violence of action and constant forward progress. We can be serious on the field, but we also cut it up and joke with each other - it’s a game after all! The Rota is known for sneaky movement, silent aggression, and when necessary, overwhelming firepower on the battlefield.
If you feel that you are a player that likes to move, is creative, doesn’t mind getting in the middle of a firefight, can communicate, and excels at getting the job done - then we are the team for you! We play every Saturday at the Gold Hill field when we are able; however personal life is more important so some team members cannot make it due to work, family, or personal obligations.
Our regular game play serves as a practice but as we grow more intensive practices can develop if members are interested.

If you are interested in joining the 172nd, the requirements are:
*15+, we are looking for mature players - so make sure your attitude reflects this.
*A uniform in either OD or Russian variant pattern.
*Any LBV or vest is acceptable.
*Any AEG or bolt action platform (AK Variants are preferred, but not required.)
*A radio for communication (headset preferred but not required) these can be simple Motorola or Midland radios, on up to more extensive models.
*A good attitude!
Requirements don’t need to be met immediately, but should be in a timely manner.
The team is going to cap at 9 players as we are looking for quality, not quantity: 4 players working in cohesion can bring down an entire team without it. Feel free to check out our website at http://www.172rota.com and see if our playing style fits you!
