Introduction- GreenArmy of WA

Postby BlacksunshineGAAS » Thu Jan 13, 2011 11:40 am

Hello,
I'm the leader of the Green Army of WA. We are a local Airsoft team that was established in Jan of 2010. We have 2 regular monthly events, one at one of our private fields in Monroe and Duvall. And one down at Tacoma Tactical. We have about 8 core members and we are all in our late 20/early 30's professionals, computer geeks even.

Recently we have taken on a couple sponsors. Our main one being Deepfire. they are a mfg of high end parts and AEG's.

Our second sponsor is TSD. Makers of high quality BB's and gear.

Please follow us on Facebook and Youtube. We often have giveaways so don't miss out. Everyone loves free stuff.

Welcome aboard, good to see more teams with older players. Hopefully you'll get a chance to hit one of our OPs down here. You might want to correct your link to Deepfire though, it's not the correct one.

Hahah Thanks for the heads up. Trying to play online while at work generally results in not double checking for typos.

This year now that were a sponsored team we are for sure looking to get out to some more of the larger area outings. How many members/operators do you generally see at your outings?

Depends on the time of year but an upcoming OP lord of war has like 250 people signed up. My team SOTA is putting on Ash Bash in March which should have 150+, you should look into it as last years game was voted the second best game of the year and we'd love to see your team.

For sure I will check out the media for it. For a good event I think we would be willing to make the trip down that way.

You might want to check 1st sword and Tacoma Tactical out, they're a lot closer to Seattle.

Oh yeah. We tear up Tac tac at least once a month. We were actually just there this last weekend. We will be getting the video up hopefully in the next day. 1st sword is also one of the groups we want to play with as well. I just haven't seen anything going on for the next couple months at least. Tho The Snohomish guys have some events but they usually wind up being on the same weekends as our other regular monthly event.

Thanks limpy. I think we got off on the wrong foot man. Nothing personal.

We play out of Duvall/Monroe area. We have a couple fields we play on in this area.
Our subgroup the Green Army also venture out and hit up Tacoma Tac or visit other local games like the Prat and 1st sword events.
Were going to be at Tacoma this weekend.
