I am starting a new team. This team will be dedicated to the enforcement and judicious upholding of event rules as set forth by the event host. This is not a team of trigger pullers. This is a team of administrators. Event hosts will approach us with requests for a certain number of admins, and we will attempt to fill that or exceed it. We will have strict requirements that must be adhered to. You can still be on another team, as I understand people like to shoot each other in this sport.
Some will question whether we are biased towards a certain side. My goal is that this team will have enough experience on it, that we are able to look past team affiliation, and deal with the issues on the field.
Requirements for joining:
-21 years old or greater
-2 or more years of experience in the Airsoft Pacific community
-Willingness to not pull the trigger for a day, even when being shot by a 13 year old dumbass
-Ability to overlook team affiliation and uphold the rules set by the event host
-CPR/first aid certification*
-Good quality FRS radio (preferred to have a programmable UHF radio to obtain secure admin only frequencies)
-Funds to outfit in a unique camoflauge pattern to easily distinguish admins from others
*CPR/First aid certification can be obtained after joining, but it is a requirement that all members have it eventually.
