Looking for a team in Salem, OR

Hey I live about 25 miles out of Salem, and I'm looking for a team in either Salem or Dallas. I've never played in an event but i have played a lot of games at the warpaint indoor field.

you might want to start showing up at events before thinking about joining a team, I play paintball at WP indoor field from time to time and the kids that bring airsoft guns are often the kids that play too much call of duty or backyard airsoft. and as far as i know the closest active team to you right now is the forgotten sons and they are located in Albany

Next event is the 1st and 2nd of oct. i will have me + 3-4 at this event if you want to attend and run with us for the game, we are looking for some new talent.

There will be one at Warpaint in november. Keeps your eyes open for it as it will be announced in a few days. Also I will be opening a shop on 12th street. Come check it out sometime after 10/14/11 (when I open) 1185 12th Street SE 97302

It's my goal to help grow airsoft in the salem region as I will be primarily established down in that region.

Most of PSC is also in the Valley, ranging from Portland to Corvallis. I'm actually a volunteer with the Monmouth/Independence fire department (at one of their rural substations).

As others said go to a game and meet people. It's better to join a team of people you like that are farther away than a team you don't like just because they are closer.

Fragistan has a couple members in Salem and one in Mollala.
Cag has members in the Salem area as well.

@Riddick, I seen you where getting a shop open, and I've been looking into getting an Interview with a Local shop for my Youtube Channel. So whenever you're ready or have time to do one let me know and I'll help yeah out some and put a word in.

I don't think any team is entirely in one city. Most are spread out through the Willamette valley.

The problem with Salem is there really isn't any fields except for warpaint's. Which really sucks when you're looking to connect with the airsoft community.

Most cities really don't have fields "in them", but DJ's field is also in the Salem area. Sniperzden is only 20 minutes from Salem. If you wanna play airsoft... You're gonna have to travel sometimes.
