Madbull M576

Anyone ever taken one of these (the 576 is the "slug grenade" with the foam cap) apart?

It is leaking around the fill nozzle, which I think is slightly unscrewed. However on the 576, the fill nozzle is recessed into to the top of the aluminum piece and is NOT slotted for a screw driver. The aluminum is threaded, though....

I currently have an issue like this right now with my XM-PB4 Series.
Anyone find a solution for this?

I'm wondering if the seals are bad or something else is going on?
