Correction, if I may: Duck, don't pop up in the same spot twice to return fire, repeat process. Slightly more complicated, but way more l33t, and considerably more effective at saving your arse.

You can get the same effect by turning on full auto and waving around your gun, except with longer range and fps..

M-203's are great in CQB. And that's about it, excepting nerf footballs for downing vehicles.
