Anyone have experience with these? I'm just trying to hear from someone that has had first hand experience with how well they perform.

Launchers are launchers. They are a hollow tube.

It's the grenades you use in them that make the difference.

They're right, M203's are just a metal tube. I used to own one and had no problems with it.

I think he more so ment how is the build quality of the launcher, now how well it fires. I always wondered the same thing, because its not a set mounting point, i would be nervous of stability.

It's good quality, I never found anything unpleasing about the build or the looks of it. It preformed well and as long as you buy good shells you shouldn't have any problems with it firing.

Edit: The different attachments are held in place by two screws that can be removed by an allen wrench, if you tighten them well they will stay fixed in place.

Well, some launchers have trouble firing certain grenades due to the actual hammer that fires the grenade, mainly an issue when firing some of the CO2 grenades out there. As far as I know, it's only an issue on the older launchers, but... it's a bit unclear in the first place.

Also, I'd point out that fit is something to consider with any 40mm launcher. While normally only an issue on the M79, KA grenades tended not to hang on the breech very well and could fall past the extractor, creating a pain in the a$$ to remove. On an M203, the main thing is that long grenades will not fit, one reason a lot of militaries are going to the Hk AG36 and EGLM launchers, which load off to the side.

But, try out the brand of grenades you're planning to work with in the launcher. I don't expect anything to crop up, but better to find out before you buy it.
