I'm very tempted to pick one up and try it on my SAW... I need a 2 point for my SAW...

One of the Mission Spec guys ran the M2P on his 249 this weekend at Operation Broken Home. It worked wonderfully.

Forgive me, but I'm unimpressed. The IAS was neat, but it didn't look much more impressive than the similarly-priced MS3. Similarly, this looks like most two point slings, with the cinching aspect an over-played feature.

Yes, the M2Ps general function is that of a two-point sling. The Rapic Cinch function is found to be very valuable by those who must perform a task with both hands. The examples we like to use are; climbing, rendering aid, going hands on (Law Enforcement mostly). A great feature of the M2P is that when return to fighting mode it goes back to the exact length that the User had set it to instead of having to guess where it was.
