Your Latest Acquisition Part 3

Discuss anything and everything here that's Airsoft related.

How you liking your YOTE on the CIRAS? I mounted mine on my FAPC and found it pulled the front into my neck. I would expect it to sit better on a bigger rig like that. I'd love to try it on at LOW if your using that :D

I love seeing more people buying YOTEs, I <3 mine!

the problem becomes 18 posts of questions/comments to one post with pictures.

I want to look at pics. not scan through dialogue.

I had a coyote brown one. They have QC issues. I was missing 2 silent zipper pulls on the ranger green one. I had a Coyote Brown one with no missing zipper pulls. It's what ya get for outsourcing the labor to Dom. Rep. I guess. The source bladder is the best I've ever used.

Get a SKD PIG and the integrated kit for the yote. You can unclip the yote and access the gear and crap in their instead of having a expensive MAP that stays on your back and requires someone to molest you trying to get a pop tart out or something. I usually have a full bladder, a PCU/Poncho in the kangaroo pouch/mesh net and it helps balance out 8-14lbs of magazines, and other crap I'd put up front.

Sure thing.

I'm all for people discussing gear here. This thread helped me pick out my new load out and getting feed back from everyone and hopefully return the favor.

Red Dot for the Cyma, and an H-Harness & Battle Belt. Cuff case hold my death rag. Need a STRIKE plate for my SERPA. Still a work in progress.

Chinaman Cmore clone. Comes with a shorter mount to remove the backup sight and convert it to a standard sized Cmore. Has full (I assume unlicensed) trades, many metal parts, and a very bright dot. All in all, very impressed with the quality. Scored it for 80 bucks on ebay.

Haha well I figured if I was going to commit to a weathered look on the gun might as well paint the xps

MP5k all put together

Externals:
Huge silencer (switching from the .45acp to 9mm and shorter)
Cut charging handle to fit 9.6v/11.1v
Aluminum forward RIS (goes in place of fore grip)
Boneyard MP5k body

Internals:
Riot standard ratio gears
Gaurder cylinder
Aluminum air nozzle
G&P White piston and explosive head (no bearings)
Gaurder spring guide with bearings
Prommy 6.03 barrel
Prommy bucking + nub
SHS cylinder head (Sorbo-fied and AOE corrected ;] )
Extreme fire fet
Switched in 16 awg, greased shimmed etc..

Point of gun was to have a compact weapon with near instant trigger response. Even on a 9.6v there is no "wind up". Just a shot, so I'd say that the mission was accomplished

Also picked up my second Glock 26. This one has some nice engravings on it too
