Pretty sure I'll be there but might be coming solo.

I just wanna say that I think that armbands are worth it. I understand the sentiment that you'll get shot no matter what, but that's not a reason to avoid doing armbands. Unless you're saying that the cost of purchasing tape is too much or the hassle of taking the few seconds to tape people is a problem I think it is worth it.

Personally having played in armband games before I think they make a big difference and drastically reduce team kills. If you see all players as quick shots who don't identify their targets that's one thing but the armbands are of more benefit to the players that are actually trying to identify their targets.

Given how there are ALWAYS people who show up as exceptions to any costume rule the armbands become a really good (sometimes the only?) way to distinguish. If it prevents just one TK, isn't it worth it? Put yourself in the perspective of the person who just got shot by their teammate and ask if tape might be worth it.

Agreed, tape is always worth it. I will PM John, to see if he can bring the red & blue tape we used last weekend

What happened to knowing who not to shoot and not shooting out of spawn?

What I meant by my above post. *YOU TK ME* I say "YOU bleeding IDOT!" *I walk to Spawn* Wait a few seconds for you to die.... *We respawn, walk about 50 feet outta spawn. I aim at your leg. I pull the trigger. 2 rounds into your leg.*

So people going to TK me now? :D

(Disclaimer: I haven't done thae above 'cept to one person, Iceman. I almost will never do the above. MOst of the time the most I do is yell "YOU TEAM KILLING FUCKTARD!")

I am not opposed to arm bands. But thats a decision kevin has to make.

if a team wants to wear arm bands, I dont htink that would be a problem. But we wont enforce arm bands.
