Actually posting here is somewhat like rigging the event........... ;)

(SA has a ways to go in their CQC skills, and instead of door prizes, the first three teams will bring home the "booty".)

Booty eh?

Maybe I'll put together a new stack for this event.

A couple of things for AP guys:

1) I've talked with the Camp Comia staff, and have procurred some sleeping arrangements for a small donation. They are dormitory style rooms, nothing fancy. (bring your own zzz bag)

2) Each mission will be at a different locale at Camp Comia, as Camp Comia has multiple structures on it.

Here are some recent pics of Camp Comia:

Hmmmm........Thinking about it...........runs to talk it over with the rest of the team. I will get back to you.

One question, what time would you be looking to start and end each day? And would the awards dinner be on site or off the location, and what time would you plan on that starting?

Just trying to figure all this out so I know how late I would be back home.

Mapquest gave me 5 1/2 hours and 339 miles from Cheney to Portland.

I actually travel about 2 1/2 to get to Cheney myself. As the APST crew can tell you..........Iam in the sticks.

I havent totally set up the itenerary with CC yet. But obviously if I get 8 teams competing with a 1 hr mission limit per mission?

We are going to need to get cracking fairly early on Sat, its going to be a busy weekend, but I can send the SA teams in first.

The night mission will be Sat. night of course. With one more mission Sunday morning, followed by the awards ceremony. (and I can reverse the batting order and get the visiting teams out of the way on Sunday first)

If you have to leave early and dont stay for the awards ceremony. I would make sure that the placing teams got their awards and prizes to them (you pay shipping).

Once registration starts forming up I can give you more details.

Yeah, add 2 1/2 to that, as we're in Eugene.

We'll see what the train has to offer..
