Mini Op. Merc Wars: Sunday Sept. 9

I think you'll be fine for a first game. Make sure you adhere to the loadout of the Rhino Corps team, most people have the stuff hanging in their closets already.

The biggest difference I think you'll notice is the field - I'm assuming that you've been playing smaller games in a yard or very small field - well, this field is ENORMOUS, and fairly difficult to maneuver through. There are no indoor areas of this field for CQB.

I'd stick with the MP5, if I were you.

thank you for the heads up... the biggest area we play in is 3 acres at the most so i'm sure it will be a pretty big change. since i may not know my work schedule untill the last minute is this they type of event that there will/wont be room to join if i show up on the day? or is it all by "reservation"?

you can show up the day of.
Dont be late and dont get lost.

Make sure you have a good pair of combat boots or hiking boots.

Just follow the Rhino Corp. rules.
Rhino Corp..
Magazine Rules: Hicaps are allowed. No Box mags or beta mags (unless it's an actual SAW platform)
Camo Rules:
No camo Tops/shirts/blouses/Jackets/Smocks
The Only camo pants you can wear are DCU's(desert camo), multicam, ACU's and Urban camo.
Other pants/trousers should be one color, Jeans, khakis, OD etc...
Shirts shouldn't match pants, example...OD cargo pants + gray or black shirt
Tennis shoes and hiking boots are okay but try to wear something with ankle support i.e. combat boots.

Camo Tactical Vest are okay to wear but you should try to wear OD, Khaki, or CB.

No Boonies!
You can wear
Helmets(with out camo covers), ball caps and shemaghs.

looks like our team has a game to attend monday and no one wants to make both so me thinks SOTA wont be there, but you never know.

I have $60 worth of ammo somewhere! So until I find that, I don't think I should buy anymore for awhile. :cry:
