I'll make you a deal. I wont shoot you, if you don't shoot me. This deal becomes null-and-void, if its just you and me left, and a horde of zombies in front.

no no no, even then you stick together. two guns (or four, you both have two hands) is better then one (or two). then if it looks like you are going to be overwhelmed, you sacrifice your other guy so that you can get away.

...i mean, everyone should trust me implicitly.

Everyone needs to read the Zombie survival guide. I know that these aren't zombies but there are some good tips at to how you can escape certain obstacles.

You will die if you don't read this book. (Or turn into one of THEM.)

I will kill anyone who get's in the way of my team's and myself's survival.

3. Mission Profile
You were tasked to investigate the outbreak within Clean Labs Inc. The game will take place inside the Clean Labs Security compound. The security breach is greater than initial intelligence had projected. The infected have breached the Security Compound and have caused the facility security system to go on full lockdown mode sealing all exits. Your mission is to escape the building by locating the card keys to open the security doors for your escape.

III. Event Rules

1. Always wear approved safety eye-wear at all times within the designated play area. See section V. Gear Requirements for eye and body protection requirements. Do not remove your eye protection at any time in the designated play area.

2. Do not test fire your replica in the designated "no fire zones". The only acceptable pace to fire will be an admin approved range and during the live fire event play area.

3. All replicas in the safe-zones will have magazines out, safety on. Sidearms will be holstered and on safe.

4. Do not point your replica at anyone unless you are involved in the event live fire play area and intend to engage them.

5. Do not fire at any people without eye protection, non-participants, admins, staff (orange vest), or animals.

6. No drugs or alcohol on the premises.

7. No real steel firearms or knives with a fixed blade. Tac-Folders and Multitools are acceptable.

8. Carry replicas in boxes, bags, or carry cases while transporting them to and from the event.

9. Remove all of your gear and trash from the location when you leave.

10. Be a good sport. This is about having fun. Not about winning and losing.

IV. Velocity Limits

1. Primary Weapon Systems
All primary weapon systems including AEG's, shotguns, gas SMGs, and others must not exceed 330fps with .20g (1j).

2. Sidearms / GBB Pistols
All GBB pistols and pistol sidearms must also not exceed 330fps with .20g (1j)

3. Bolt Action Replicas
For outdoor/DM 2.8j or 550 with .20g. To bring inide building it must not exceed 330fps with .20g (1j)

V. Gear Requirements

1. Goggles
All participants MUST wear ANSI. Z87.1. These must be tightly fitting to the face. A balaclava or mouthpiece is also required.

2. Clothing
Long sleeves are RECOMMENDED.
Long pants are REQUIRED (no shorts)
Gloves are RECOMMENDED
Boots are RECOMMENDED
Helmet (hard cover) STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
Knee and Elbox pads STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

3. Magazines
ALL magazines must be loaded to the REAL spec. This means M16 magazines will hold 30 rounds. MP5 magazines will hold 30 rounds. Your sidearm magazine should only be loaded to the real pistol's capacity, if that's 13 then you load 13. Mauri style shotguns are an exception, since they do not eject shells.

4. Vaccination Tubes: Each player is REQUIRED to provide 2 unbroken RED glowsticks. These are your two vials of vaccine in the case you are "bitten" by an infected player.

a. At any given point you can not have more than two unbroken vaccine tubes on your person. If you are found with more than two unbroken tubes you will be removed from the event for cheating.

VI. HITS and OUTS

1. Lethal Hits (Players)
Any player struck by a BB while in game is considered "dead" and must move back to the regeneration area.

2. Lethal Hits (Actors, Infected Players)
Any Actor or Infected Player struck by a BB in the torso, head, or neck is "dead" and must stay in place for several moments until it is safe to move back to the Actor/Infected player regeneration area.

3. Non-Lethal Hits (Actors/Infected Players)
Any hits to your limbs are not lethal, but are disabling. Hits to the leg render you unable to walk. Hits to the arm render your unable to use that arm.

4. Becoming Infected
If an Actor (infected) or Infected player can successfully "Grab" an uninfected player and say loudly and clearly: "INFECTED", that player will become infected.

a. No rough play
b. No combatives
c. No fighting

3. Vaccination
When a player is infected, he has the option of using a vaccine tube. Or become a permanent infected player for the remainder of the event. To use the tube, break the glowstick at the time of infection and either hang it around your neck OR place it in a VISIBLE location on your molle gear.

a. When you run out of glowsticks, you can be vaccinated by a group member, at the cost of their vaccine tube.

b. An Actor or Infected player can't reinfect a vaccinated player immediately. The Actor/Infected player must leave the recently infected alone for at least 5 minutes. (assuming the Infected Player/Actor isn't already infecting others in the group)

4. Friendly Fire
If you are struck by a BB on any portion of your body as a player, although you are all on the same "team" at the beginning, does count as a hit and that player must head back to the Player Respawn point.

5. Over Penetration
If you engage an Actor/Infected Player and a group member is within 10 feet of the exit wound. That player is automatically infected and must be vaccinates or become permanently infected.

6. How to Die
Be graphic. You are in a "movie"...so why not act it out?

a. Fall down and die in place stay in position for several moments until it is safe to move out of the area and respawn.
b. DO NOT TALK to your group mates or anyone else.

7. Becoming Permanently Infected
After you have run out of vaccine, you can no longer fight off the virus if bitten again. If you are bitten again, you then become infected for the remainder of the event. When this happens. Head to the Infected/Actor respawn location. We will put the proper make up on you, and you can head back into the game and start infecting others.

a. Infected Players/Actors CAN NOT use weapons of ANY kind.

8. Contact Kills
Contact Kills are a point black shots, instead of shooting we touch the actor with the muzzle of the AEG or sidearm and yell "CONTACT!". This simulates firing a round, without having to shoot that close.

VII. Gameplay Mechanics

1. Security Cards
These cards are the main objective of the event. These cards (color coded) must be located within the building. They must be transported to the mainframe security terminal and inserted in the correct order for the security system to open the door. The door will only open for the group or single operator that gets the sequence right. These players will then exit the game and be optioned to becoming "Infected players" or head back into the game and begin the process again.

a. When a group or single player locates a security card(s) that person or group may only take ONE card.
b. If you are killed by another player, that player can not take your security cards.
c. If you are infected by an Actor/Infected Player you must surrender your Security Cards to them.
d. You CAN NOT hand off Security Cards to a single member of the group unless you are at the Mainframe Terminal and attempting to unlock the security system to escape.
e. If you are killed in a PVP BB strike, you will surrender your security cards at the respawn location to an Admin or at the Admin table. These cards will be put back into service shortly. You will have to recapture this card.

2. Player VS Player
Although at the beginning of the event, everyone was on the same side (A CLi Security team), when push comes to shove this is about your survival. No one is gonna know if you had to kill a man to take his vaccines. No one is gonna know if you had a kill a man to take his BB's. Understand though, you will have a limited amount of BBs issued at the beginning of the event. Sporatically there will be caches of ammo that will spawn randomly. Using your issued BB's for anything other than immediate infected player/actor threats would be a mistake.

a) If you are killed by a BB strike you can be looted by your group. Loose BB's provided by BSP and Vaccine Tubes are the ONLY items that may be looted.

b) To successfully LOOT a body, you must be able to "take" them. You must phyically take the times by requesting them.
Example: Player A is shot and killed by Player B. Player A dies in place for few moments while Player B runs up and requests "BB and Vaccine". Player A must surrender those items at player B's request.

Example: Player A is shot and killed by Player B. Player A's group is there with him. They elect to loot Player A. They must move to Player A's position. And request "BBs and Vaccine". Player A must surrender these items.

c. You can not take a players replica or magazine, nor the BB's contained within.

d. In the event you are looting a person's vaccines, you may not have more than two unbroken vaccine vials on your person.

Example: If you have one unbroken vial, you may take one vial for loot. If you have two unbroken vials, you can't take any vaccine vials from the body.

VIII. DEVICES and PROPS

1. Training Flashbang Devices
Will NOT be in play and WILL NOT be allowed

2. Frag Simulators
Frag grenades can be used that are the BB showering type. Pyrotechnic Based, metal, rubber, or otherwise inert style Frag simulators are NOT ALLOWED.

3. Ballistic Shields
Ballistic shields must be an accurate replica ofa n actual ballistic shield being used in the field today by LE and Military. If your shield does not meet our requirements it will not be allowed into the game.

a) It must be opaque (you cannot see through it, except for ports)
b) It must be accurate in weight and dimension

A level IIIA Shield weighs about 3.08lbs per square foot

The most common sizes (rounded to the nearest .25 lbs)
20" x 34" = 4.75 SqFt = ~14lbs
24" x 36" = 6.00 SqFt = ~18.5lbs
24" x 48" = 8.00 SqFt = ~24.5lbs
22" x 51" = 7.80 SqFt = ~24lbs

4.Ammo
BSP will provide the event ammo for OUTBREAK. If a player is caught using non-event ammo they will be expulsed from the event and all future BSP events. It is not in the spirit of the event to be spraying BB's. This is an immersion event that will allow you to test your wits and fire control. BSP only uses high quality BB's.

VIIII. Admin Staff and Crew

1. Administrators
Game administrators will be monitoring your performance and following you around. Act as if they do not exist. Do not talk to them. They will be wearing ORANGE vests. Shooting an Admin may result in expulsion from the event.

2. Camera Crew
The camera crew for the event will be clearly marked with orange vests. They will post themselves in the best places they can find to get good footage of the event, act as if they do not exist. If they're in the way, move around them. They are using expensive equipment that is easily damaged. Shooting or otherwise damaging the equipment will be the players personal liability in the event player negligence is the culprit.

Cool. You have fixed the ever controversial argument "He survived because he has a drum mag and more ammo." I like the idea of the bb's being supplied. Everyone is equal. Until Mr shit head uses his last 10 rounds to steal bb's from the non-trigger happy players.

You rock my sox again Bill.
