Your teachings where rather helpful. Having more of a "hands on" approach with a punishment system was great. Can't wait to hear more. Expected to do more push-ups.

Between runs I would shift position and change the environment. Learning from each team. Yes, bad guys do learn! Think about it!

He's talking about WHEN there is a competition, the bad guys would not adapt and change tactics because they need to be exactly the same for every team who runs the scenario.
