The toys for tots program takes just about any toy (I hate to say it - but be 'politically correct' about it. There was a big fuss a couple years ago over some Jesus dolls that some company wanted to donate, and non-christians were freaking out).

Look at Trucks, and Toy Soldiers, and Barbies, and various other Dolls. You can pretty much walk into any toy store, wander around for a few minutes and take a cue from some screaming brat.

Pretty much, any New In Box, Un-Wrapped, toy is perfect.
