I thought cold temperature increased the charging capacity of batteries. Is this untrue? I've just been told to put them in the fridg eand such. does the temp make them run slower or something?

Having your batteries cold is good, but while you're using them you want them to be warm, because they won't give out very much if you're using them when they're cold. Although my big azz 9.6 V at Digital8 seemed to last a very long time. I don't know the mah of it though.

The fridge will slow the natural decharge rate, but before use you are supposed to bring them back to room temperature. I guess its the current that flows is given more resistance because of the wire contracts making it smaller, but I dont actually know for sure. +1 to my newb skills, and +1 to my newb uselessness...

Like I said, I can probably let you borrow 2 mid caps. 150 rounds each.
