I had all kinds of a blast yesterday, even though I got hit with a paintball. It's kinda sad that Warsaw needs 2 to 1 odds to beat NATO, though. I saw a lot of good applications of tactics and communication out there. Keep up the good work. The noobs are getting better... at least at playing.

Yesterday I was in the action for most of the time. If you weren't in the battle, I most likely didn't get you. :) I spent a great deal of time embedded with NWO or with the group opposing them, they always seem to be in some sort of fight. :P There were some great fights put up from every one, very exciting to watch. :)

So what was the official death toll for each side?

From what I heard it was a little odd.... since one player alone said that he died 15 times, and could not se how he was 1/10th of the deaths.

Something like 120 - 537.... I also heard from one of Warsaws STA team members that they saw numerous NATO not check in.... of course... we allready heard of the same kind of thing happening on the Warsaw team.

But really... 5 hours of play...with Warsaw running all over the field, pushing NATO around and only 120 kills... sounds very low.

Side note....we allways comment on all the cheating and hacking occuring....but I also saw several people who were very honorable with kills. One that comes to mind in particular is Braddock, I pistol charged him and he accepted it, after we both made sure my pistol would fire. Other times I saw people who took hits from me when I never saw the round hit, I was just trying to suppress.

Lets not forget to thank those people who were very honorable.

NATO
Thank you for allowing me to lead you. We held tight to our boarders and they everything we had at everything we were loosing and regained control throughout the day. My only wish was that we had more resources to throw at Warsaw.
But we didn't have those resources. We held the Western part of the Rhine. We were supposed to remove the warsaw threat off of the map. With the bodies we had.. There was no way.
When everything looked as it was going to crumble on all sides of use. Thinks looked at there bleakest, we were able to over come and take what was taken from us.

NWO -
Thank for taking up the SF role. Even though at times you were ground pounders. With your help we got our Artillery in order. You saved our a$$ several times on the south bridges. Your advances were some of the few we had on Sunday. Attacking the village and taking Kha San several times. Having one of your members render the Warsaw Artillery useless for 10 minutes. Making warsaw earn every inch of ground. You took initiative in making Artillery and tactical calls.. Thank you..

WAR -
As a mainline unit you guys rocked. You executed every order I gave. Along with NWO you saved our southern Bridges. Also, you helped us gain some strong ground in the north with a combined assault across the bridge "A".Thank you...

No. 5 RAC -
You helped maintain and control the two northern Bridges. You took wave after wave of assaults on both bridges and in our Northern Interior. When we lost the Northern bridges. I knew it was only going to be momentary until we regained control of them again. You took initiative in making Artillery and tactical calls.. Thank you...

Engineers & Kendo -
Through your heroics under fire, you were able to pull off two jobs yesterday. One as our engineers, the other as a front line infantry unit. If we lost a bridge, we called for you. A member showed up ready to put one of his lives for his job. Regaining a lost bridge. Good job on taking initiative in using Artillery when you really needed it. When you think you have Kendo pegged, he surprises you. Thank you Engineers and Kendo, you guys did a great job..

Pickup Units -
Thank you for being part of NATO. Your allowance for me to throw you together into groups, added to our Forces. You help every were we threw you. From the combined offensive and defensive of both the southern and northern Bridges. Thank you for showing up and doing a great job.

Warsaw-
Wow, you made us work for everything yesterday. It was hard to gain any real estate from you.. One minute you are attacking the southern bridges. Next moment we trying to defend and retake our ground in the North.

BSP-
Nice show.. Thank you for adding new and interesting concepts to the game. The Artillery concept was awesome. Knowing that we had it coming was a great comfort. You admin were there on top of things. When we had a question or a demand it was quickly answered and taken care of. Thank you..

Hackers -
cheats and the a like no matter what side you were on -
Next time you feel like hacking or not taking your hits, stay home. That way, those of us who don't hack and do take our hits, can have such a better expereince.

that toll for deaths on NATO is probably very, very inaccurate as ive said earlier we tallied VTA kills up and they equalled to around 135 kills.
thats kinda weird

Honestly, everybody bullshits about their kills after the fact. Everybody always ends up with more kills than deaths somehow. It doesn't really matter. I haven't counted kills for years. I'll recall the most memorable ones, but counting kills is pretty vain, and seems like an excuse to hack, in order to get that 3:1 ratio you're just dying for.

Sounds like it was a fun game guys. If I hadn't been at another game, I totally would have gone. Congrats to BSP, and 'grats to Warsaw. Next time I'll come give NATO a hand.

i had a great time, not much calls of hacking and the like. i will however say that those death numbers are flat out wrong. we played for six hours, and only 120 nato forces were killed, when they were outnumbered almost 2 to 1? no, i don't buy it. however, its done and theres nothing to really do to change it now.

I killed about 139.
nah,I never count kills. I did get a glock kill on the warsaw sniper laying beside the log at khe-san.
and another glock kill on some poor kid that walked up on a bunch of us as we were chilling in the trenches up the hill. Oh and a glock kill on springer shotgun guy that was in that big stump hole.

oh and BigFoot, that sniper at Khe-san that shoot you in the head from the bushes on the other side of the villiage :D. that wasnt a sniper. I am pretty sure I shot Randle too around the same time.

Sorry about the head shoots, but thats all that was visible above the fence. I was laying on the ground.
