I just called my cousin in San Francisco & I found out my 95 year-old uncle is in the hospital with possible pneumonia. I'm hoping to hear how bad it is this afternoon, and if the diagnosis isn't good I'm heading down to see him.

I really hope he's okay since I don't want to miss this event, but Dr. Manicotti won't have a Filipino cowboy riding to the rescue if things don't look good. :cry:

There will be space available on Band of Beatniks if anyone wants to join at the last minute. All you'll really need for your costume is a pair of jeans or black pants and boots. I'll have some extra black turtle necks. Plus, I have some old European canvas belts, pouches, gas mask bags etc so you have some 'adventurer' looking period gear.

Awesome game, thanks to everyone who helped to put this on. I know I had a great time with everything, especially the grenade practice

My mom also had a great time being a mercenary, even though she got shot in the face.

That was really fun. Each team was completely different, too.

I was impressed at the level of work going into the steam punk team.
