That was freaking hardcore like hundreds of people!! All the new faces were awesome! I heard full grown men cry! I really hope we run it again next week, so that i can get a chance to run the maze instead of manning the shop till 2 am. :D For those of you that got to go through the maze and had a great time, AWESOME! For those that didn't, hey there is always next time.

I had one hell of a time. Got there half an hour late, so I never ran the maze, but I had a great time. I really hope this is put on again next week or something.

Still, it was great in the skirm room, even though those twelve year-olds killed me a few times by bunkering and hanging me out to dry.

Oh, and for those of you that spent a lot of time in the skirm room, I was the guy that kept safety-killing everybody. Nobody ever kept watch on the center, it was so much fun to sneak right behind the group and unleash hell!

Thanks for everyone who came out.

Sorry we didn't get everyone through the maze. We weren't expecting hundreds of people to show up to this. Next one we do we'll definitely have two or three going simultaneously.

I apologize again to those who didn't get to go through. I didn't go through and I had a blast just working the front desk and sneaking back to the beer garden for adult beverages.

I'm so glad I got to drink at CAGE hahaha.
I had fun too, even if I neither danced nor did the game. Just talked and smoked a lot of cigarettes.
Sad there was no Halloween costume contest but I wouldn't have won anyway.
Great event!

Very sore... Plenty of welts. I had a blast being electrical engineer zombie. I still thought it was funny watching people refusing to take the appendages that they refused to read. Overall most teams did pretty well. It was a very tough course!

I hope everyone had a great time. I know I did. and my fello zombies kicked so much a$$!

Thanks for putting on this shindig, guys! The zombie course was very impressive. Got some killer pics, will post them soon.

The party / beer garden setup was unfortunate, but oh well.

Very entertaining! Though it was boring sitting in the directors office all the time. None of the teams made it up to the director for the first two hours. I must thank the zombie wife for letting me read her bloody copy of Windows 2000 Administrative Systems! Now I need to wait for 2000 to come out.

Certainly entertaining finding out who are the video gamers versus the airsofters: the gamers shoot at me through the door, despite being dead in the chair. And that they were supposed to save me! "It's a person! Kill it!"

The face shots are my badges of honour!

Damn, I really regret not going to this, as I spent the night building my Halloween costume (and I'm still not done).

We'd like to thank everyone for coming out and supporting the event! This was our first event we've ever planned and we really tried to make the party fun for everyone. A special thanks to all the zombie actors who made the Lab so intense, and all the volunteers who at the last second saved our butt's from the horde of people. We really didn't expect the volume we got and were completely understaffed to handle it.

Like Matt said, the beer garden and dance area weren't as popular as we hoped they would be, and we think that several factors contributed to their loss. The first being the fact that we had to completely rearrange the original floor plan to accommodate unforeseen circumstances with OLCC laws and building issues, the second was the fact that everyone wanted to shoot zombies!

We got some great footage of several teams going through on "Hard" and we'll try to get that compiled and up on youtube as fast as humanly possible. We also got some great pictures as well and we'll try to get those online too.

All we can say about the Lab is that it was crazy! we tried to do iterations of 15 minutes so we could get four teams through an hour, but it turned out we could only get two, maybe three, through an hour which left a lot of people wanting, but not getting. We're sorry for this and we'll try to redo the lab next weekend so we can accommodate those who didn't get through the first run.

Every team seemingly got stuck in the power room and didn't want to leave once they flipped the breakers. Only a few teams made it past that point and they usually died shortly thereafter. No team beat the Lab on the medium or hard difficulty, but a team of girls that were there to do some model shots made it through on "super squishy easy". We wanted to make it hard, but fair, and from the feedback we've seemed to have accomplished that.

Also, congratulations to the raffle winners! we got some great prizes from our vendors and we hope you guys enjoy those prizes!

Once again, thanks to everyone for making this event a success. Next year we'll plan further out than a month and do it right!

Team Mithril actually made it through the lab, and survived with the tapes from the Directors office on the "Hard" difficulty. So at least one team made it through on Hard.

Yeah I had a blast, it was fun shooting at Big 5 Kids in the back skirmish area. It was good seeing some of the old and new players alike.
