When is the BBQ? Is it going to be during the game or the night before? Also is there going to be a way to prepay for the game or is it pay at the door?

to the food..

It will be availble as you come off the field at anytime during the event (mind that you don't mind waiting about 5 minutes for preperation -nothing frozen-) and/or when the game ends. I don't think BSP allows for lunch breaks at their events. Irregardless I will feed you anytime during or after the game as long as you come with the coin required for the feeding

If people are inclined to eat afterwards I better start hearing a call out soon, if not then you might be standing awhile for things to cook if anyone wants grub...

Hot cereal with be available that morning free of charge and while it lasts.

I am unsure about the day before as it's my son's birthday and I have no idea how many people are camping out if any..

Food after the game is always an excellent idea. We usually end up mobbing a Shari's or a Denny's or the like. It's pretty hard to seat a party of 25 on 20 minutes notice, though...
