Malik, Your issue could be due to a worn bucking, overadjusted hopup, or damage/wear to your tappet plate.
Does it do it on semi? If you turn the hop up all the way off does it do it?
Yes, really check the hicap, some hicaps have a lot of pressure pushing the BB's up that they cause double feeds, i had the same problem. My hi cap would do double feeds, but my Mids would not.
So he could be right, find a friend with a mid cap, and try it out.
If it doesn't work, then check the Bucking position, (If you know how), If that doesn't work, get a new bucking, as you're current one may be worn out
Make sure the Hop up unit C clip is lined up and holding the barrel.
Check the tappet plate.
Basicly, what tim said, but the cheapest solution is to try a Mid cap and see if that works.
Also, you could spray a tiny bit of Silicone spray in the Hop up unit.
