Since I am driving myself up there, I will not be bringing parents. Would it be acceptable to have my parents sign a sticky note (or something along those lines) and paste said sticky note to the completed on-site waiver tomorrow?

You will have to fill out a new waiver.
EVERYONE has to fill out both waivers. Even if you have done it before.

Short notice But I will Have my Camera gear and Mobile light kit with me for shooting group and individual shots.

$5.00 for individual
$20.00 for groups (teams) of 2 or more.

So Laughing Coyote Portrait Photography will be there. Look for the Mithril Table and I will be there, Bring your gear, and stuff that you want in the image!!

You know you want a Cool SIG and Avatar file !!
Shooting and Photography are alike, everyone will tell you how awesome they are. Few people are that good at either.

Just a Note, and i may be wrong. Don't you need clearance from the Game host or field owner before you make money at there event/field?

If you have clearance more power to ya, if not. You should ask before you show up asking people for money.
