Yogi, get someone to crack it and reshim it. Yeah it will cost you about $40, but this is probably going to fix it.

Alright. I will probly talk to someone at AONW about it too. It definatly deserves to have an amazing ROF so its worth it.

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. I am getting about 12 rps with a 7.4v lipo.

Are you sure you you are using an 11.1 lipo? I know that sounds like a stupid/obvious question, but the performance you are describing is almost exactly what I get out of a 7.4v lipo.

Otherwise, either your batteries are total crap, or you have some friction somewhere in your gearbox.

30rps is 1800 rpm, that seems like a lot even for an upgraded gun

The most I've heard from an AEG was 35. I think he was replacing pistons after every game.

Dude from airsoft mechanics got a gun up to 65 rps with the double half gears he designed.

I've seen 72rps. It was using a DSG. And with regular style gears, you can get up to around 40-45rps in not higher.

Systema Energy cylinder, piston, piston head, gears and Magnum motor. You won't even need a LiPo to get high ROF at that point.

Super high ROF, sounds cool but whats the point. At a certain point the feed mechanism cannot keep up and it hard on the mechanicals. Get it to what its is supposed to be and leave it alone.

We did the deans thing, and chronoed before and after. No noticeable difference in anything but trigger response.

a battery isn't going to give you more fps...
Better response time and rate of fire..

Get it shimmed and re-greased, specially if its a gun that gets used alot. dust and dirt stick to grease like crazy.

ASGI had a video on something like that; I really really wanted to make some but I don't have the equipment to do so.

Would he ever sell a set of those?
