Folding Stock on CA Sportline AK

Postby Sixxgun » Sun Apr 18, 2010 2:21 pm

My buddy has a CA Sportline AK (with bottom folding stock) and one of legs broke. What brands are compatible with this model so he can replace this part?

Good sir, it appears that a real steel may fit, but maybe some modding is in order?

I'm aware of a couple people who have used real stocks, with a little bit of fitting work. I've been kinda planning on doing that myself, but I haven't broken my current underfolder stock, yet, so I haven't really had a lot of incentive to install a real underfolder.

Maybe find a cheap bone yard CYMA and scrap the gun for the stock.

You should venture and putting a real steel on, its cool when people ask, OH, thats a nice looking AK, yeah it has a real steel stock on it, suck it in....

I can help you if you need it.
