Differences in a batteries Mah

If my classic army M15A4 can take a 9.6V NiMH 1500 Mah battery, can it take a 9.6V NiMH 2000 Mah or 5000 Mah battery just the same? Or would it destroy my gun? thanks

MaH is the capacity of a battery, your gun can handle any capacity, provided it can handle the voltage.
