Need some help deciding between 2 acog models

Postby CCCman » Sat Sep 04, 2010 8:40 pm

I need some help between choosing an acog. I am looking for:
-Long Battery Life
-Durability
-Able to put a killflash on it (link one from evike if you can find one that fits on the acog)
-A good dot (a nice bright dot. Not a dot that i won't be able to see during day time)

Here are the 2 acogs I'm deciding between:
Matrix 1x32 red/green dot acog- http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info ... s_id=31445

Guarder/Action red/green dot acog- http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info ... s_id=26699

P.S.- I know the guarder acog doesn't that nice but i don't mind it, just as long as it fits in the category of what I'm looking for. Also, feel free to add any suggestions. And the acog ahs to be on evike.com because i am buying it next time i go there.

Neither. Get this one, if you need it to be an acog.

But red dot acog's are kind of dumb... If you're getting an acog, get a 4x one. If you want a RDS, get an aimpoint or EOTech or something.

I like this one, but i dont know where else to get it. I like it because it has a illuminated crosshair like some of the real ACOGs

heres another option, but its really up to you. out of the two, id get the matrix cause its 1X32 and the others 1X30. but its not that big a difference. so whichever appeals to you the most. also the matrix is reg. $90 and the guarders reg. $65. so the matrix is probably better quality

And if you're looking for an ACOG, I wouldn't suggest a red dot ACOG. The ones I've used have rubbish eye relief.

My dad drives me to evike once a month because its the closest store around, we can't order online cause my mom would know..lol kinda sad

Do you know if this will fit on the matrix acog?

Ummm, not to be a downer, but if you drive to Evike every month, why not just ask them and see what they offer there???
