Quality/Compatibility check for KWA G36c

Is this an adequate magazine? I really like the features and it looks pretty solid. However, I have never dealt with Red Star before.

And will it work with a KWA G36c?

PS: If you have an alternative to Evike.com then please tell! I don't like the look of the C-Mag variant, and if there are other G36 Sound Control mags out there, please let me know!

Thanks,

Matt.

The vast majority of us don't play with paintball hoppers out on the field, and if we have an electric mag it's apropos to use an actual LMG. Use midcaps if you don't want to be a douche, and if you want to use hicaps wind it yourself. There's no reason why you should have an electric hicap on a G36C.

Anyway, I've never even heard of that company, although Evike tends to rebrand ACM manufacturers to their own liking. Most likely it sucks, for that price.

Thanks, I think. >_>

I am actually converting my KG36c into an MG36, so that's why I wanted a hicap.

I suppose I could use a midcap electric mag to be fair, as were my original intentions. However, I didn't see any that were G36 compatible. I'll look around.

There are no 100 round electric mags to my knowledge (but why would you? A speed loader takes all of 6 seconds)...

Anyway, Hero Arms makes a good electric g36 mag that should work with your KWA g36 (their g36s aren’t terribly finicky with mags, unlike their m4s). But if you want a proper Mg36, get a C-mag to complete the look.

Thanks!

EDIT

I can't find any Hero Arms electric mags that aren't c or drum mags.

Can you post a link to one?

Looks like a really nice mag!

It's only an MG36 if it has a c mag, lol.

not exactly, it just looks more like a traditional MG36, the only difference between a G36 and an MG36 is the barrel.

So I've heard that Sound Control mags for G36-s have some issues if they jam, like it would break the mag well or something :X

Is this true? Would I be better off just grabbing a pair of MAG high caps?

Thanks,

Matt.

It would have to be a very shitty G36 for a mag to break the mag well...
