KWA 2GX Gear Box

Postby Bic 101 » Sat Oct 02, 2010 12:10 am

How hard is it to change the spring in a KWA 2GX Gear Box?
This is my rifle.
There are many like it, but this one is mine.
It is my life.

The same as it is to change the spring in any gearbox.
The KWA 2GX is just a really well made Version 2 Gearbox.
You have to remove the gearbox from the gun, unscrew it, pull the two halves apart, take a few parts out, switch the springs, put the parts back in, squeeze the two halves back together, screw it back together, and put it back in the gun.
It's not very easy, if you have never worked on a gun before I highly recommend you either hire a professional to do it for you, and if you want to learn how, watch.
