Check out a new cylinder, piston, and air nozzle. You'll want those to perform very consistently in you're trying for a DMR. The ones you have now may well be fine, but you should check your compression. A good, stiff hop-up couldn't hurt either.

You could also buy a barrel extension for more range and accuracy. but you already have a tightbore so nevermind. but a good hop up chamber is important for a dmr

Also, you dont need to turn your m4 into a dmr as seen in your "new sniper" add. it is just a suggestion. If you want to buy a sniper, save up a little more money and you can get a nice bolt action.

Sniper rifles aren't worth the investment for most people. You've already got the tightbore, just remember that it takes some time for them to wear in to their best shooting. Also, replace your hop up bucking and change the nub to an H nub. For most airsoft purposes that will be plenty accurate. If you need more, replace your hop up unit, piston, piston head and nozzle. At that point you'll be shooting needles.

A bore up kit can be nice. There's one in my AUG and I love it.

No. Just, no... A barrel extension will not give you any sort of boost in accuracy whatsoever. And the hopup chamber itself isn't even that important of a part to upgrade. All it needs to do is not leak air and not lose it's adjustment, both of which my dboys one does just as well as my G&P and lonex ones.

And don't buy that bore-up kit. It won't help.

First, how would a 16" barrel not be more accurate then a 12" barrel? Also, while a hop up chamber wont necessarily increase accuracy, it will increase the reliability of the gun, and can create more consistent shots(if the original if that horrible).

Care to explain how a more expensive hopup chamber does any of that, if it already does what I said in that post? A hopup chamber in no way does anything with the reliability of an AEG.

And because increased barrel length does not equal increased accuracy.

A good hop up chamber is less likely to fracture under extreme stress. But assuming this dude would actually use it as a DMR, its not that important as it would be for a gun that shoots full auto with a high ROF. Also, a good hop up chamber is less likely to fracture when the gun is abused, ie. dropped over and over or twisted.

I've never seen or heard of any situation where someones broken a hopup chamber like that. The ONLY time I've seen one break, was when a small peg holding a gear on the chamber snapped off. You really shouldn't break one otherwise. I'd like to hear of a time where one's broken, though. It'd be interesting.
