Remember to use quality ammo and clean it often. Tighter tolerance also means that any sort of dirt and grime in it will adversely affect the barrel.

Ok, I only use airsplat's High grade precision bb's. And I usually clean my barrel before I use it.

not all barrels made are made with good precision. What brand?

the scores of 6.01mm converts cannot be wrong about the awesome powers of a 6.01mm barrel

How well a barrel will work for you also depends on what HOU, bucking, and nub its pared with. You could have a stock barrel with an amazing bucking and nub and have it perform better than a 6.01 with a shitty bucking and nub. The quality of ammo and the condition of the barrel can affect the results as well.

I say give 6.01 barrels a try if your willing to invest the time and money into making them awesome.

Like my 275fps SCAR that could range as far as a 400fps AEG, and had groupings of a DMR. Although that was stock hop up unit and bucking, stock barrel, but with enough internal tweaking to get perfect compression... Damn I miss that gun sometimes...

Whats wrong with that one?

As for the hop-up, stock G&P units are fine, same with the buckings.

Well actually, it says magpul on it, although they're fake trades, they look real.

For $45 for a rock solid stock that looks smexy, I'd say it was a good deal.

I got it from T-tiger or something; it's a Hong Kong based site.

It isn't for sale there anymore unfortunately, I was able to get the last one before magpul got them to removed it. They might actually have a secret catalog so you can try to email them a special order for it. I have seen several other chinese sites with element magpul parts which were all removed, try ordering from there as well.

Try checking out airsoft-club.com
www.pro--t.com
acmgear.com
and other chinese sites, just email them to see if they have them, though the price would probably be higher.
