OP East Wind - Attendance

Just poking out there to see who has interest in attending this event, and who plans on going.

With enough people, we could work out a big caravan (Or small) system of people to save on gas (4000 mile trip from Portland and back).


So yeah, who is going!?

I've begun to save for the admission, I plan on going. However, I will be flying as far as OKC or Tulsa. I'd be interested in catching your caravan in at that point.

I'm thinking about it... school might get in the way, but if I can work around that gas money would be the only problem. Lets see all who wants to go and if theres enough people then I can carrier 3-4 others.

Okay, I plan on attending. Over the next few weeks i will putting together a list of the Soviet gear i will need, + factoring in the other parts of the trip that require money.

WHo else is going east bloc?

I've got something of $150 airline credit, that'll be going towards my way out if I can scavenge enough for everything else.

Wow, I'm impressed with the amount of people just saying they will try to make it to the event.


Last year on a southern California forum, I couldn't get one person to say they would even try. Though everyone was interested none could pull it together.


hope you guys have fun. I wish I could make it, I can't get the time off for the event this year.
