Sorry Patrick. It's really one of the best costumes I have seen in the contest since we started it three years ago. It's a great idea, and well executed. The matching of the colors was done really well. Unfortunately though, I have to be fair to everyone and uphold the rules we have posted. Luckily you entered 2 costumes and the other one is also in the top 10. Best of luck with that one. And we definitely hope to see a return of Sarge next year!

Yeah, find a friend who knows how to use a camera and get a better picture of Snake Eyes. The costume is 10x better than that crappy camera-phone picture.

Next year people with find a new improved Sargent with a possible Bazooka! Also prepare for an appearance by Capt America! There's rumors of the Tan Army also making an appearance!

Well, bummer Snake. I had high hopes for this costume, but having your Snake Eyes costume in the final 10 will be a good thing. Thanks for the update, and good luck to everyone in the top 10!

Thanks KA-BAR! Im hoping for the best, Ill be posting more pics of the Snake Eyes costume so people can get a better idea, that picture doesnt do it justice really. Also tomorrow you'll love a surprise I have for you!

As a entrant in the contest. I see Snake_Eyes as a good costume. Personally I don't care that its not an airsoft gun. It was a mistake. But in the rules it does state "Airsoft Replica" I don't mind it as it is suppose to just be painted green.

I wouldn't have wasted that much money for a costume I "MAY" when something.

Wait... if it indeed was a springer airsoft gun, how is it not an airsoft gun? I'm not sure how I see it as unfair, could you please explain your viewpoint? The rules, as I have read them, require only an airsoft gun, I don't see anything about it being a good airsoft gun.

Technically it does not shoot anything.

BUT

What if he rigged it to shoot bb's? Then it'd be an airsoft gun. Also that grenade on his belt is an airsoft grenade. Does that count enough?

It's not a springer, it's not even an Airsoft gun. It's a toy gun.
