That's possible. Just put one in the eurethra and push it out.

I'm just saying, it can be done. But not by DMitri. He has an anteater.

That sucks, Patrick!

I really liked the costume, and it sucks that it got DQed on a technicality.

On another drama note.

Is there a reason everyone keeps voting Precious so low?

She is kind of hurt that people are being so negative to her. :(

its not a "technicality". its the entire point of the contest.

yes, it sucks that patricks entry was disqualified. it was probably my favorite entry this year. but it was not within the posted rules for the contest. if it had won, it would have been unfair to every other contestant who didn't unintentionally break the rules. patrick has accepted and learned from it, and will probably kick a$$ next year. hell, he might even do pretty well with his other entry this year.

I gave her 3 pictures the following: 10, 9, 6.

If you are afraid of criticism, don't enter contests. I liked her contests, but a lot of people in this community feel this is a costume contest for players who play airsoft and people who are in the local community. Even those who aren't local players but at least are members of this community and post.

It just looks weird to see these people joining AP just to enter the contest and having a grand total of 5 posts in the forums, all of which are talking about themselves.

People who do COSPLAY to play dress up are a sort of different species than airsofters, though we're both just playing dress up. Usually airsofters will spend all their money on the gun and gear to use the gun in airsoft, whereas the cosplayer is just dressing up to go to conventions and take pictures.

Nothing wrong with that, but this is a halloween contest for a community and that community is AP and airsoft. I wouldn't expect to get good ratings by signing up September 30th on Ar15.com and 4chan and entering their contests, even if my costume/weapon is by all means and measures better made, designed and used than theirs.

Just so you know Precious does play airsoft here in San Diego she is limited to playing shorter pickup games since she has a heart condition (the scar on her chest is from a implanted heart monitor.)

She hasn't really posted here. Because of negitivity from last year. She only entered because I asked her to. I had no idea people would decide that she doesn't play just because she cosplays.

I dunno. It's all about ignorance. See I had no idea she played until you said something.

I also didn't know you played until you mentioned it. People assume stuff so it's best to come in with the whole story beyond just "Hi, hope we do well, good luck everyone!"

I think everyone's dropping with the 1 bombs. If you notice, our highest scored entrant is a 6.8, and our lowest being a 2.9, so you definitely see a lot of people with high standards or their own personal rating system.

The judges at the end will pick from a large upper group, though, so there is still a chance for her to win.

Rabbit, tell her not to worry about it. Sometimes people give a 10 to their friends and a 1 on other people. Just to make sure their friend ranks higher. Luckily Matt has a panel to decide the final winners. Tell her, I thought her costumes were great.

I'm personally withholding my votes for costumes I'm not familiar with since I have no idea how accurate they are or not. So don't take it personally ;)

Me too.

So far I've given two 10's and an 8. 10 to Sarge and Snake, 8 to Predator. Sure, he has the cool airsoft cannon thing, by since when has the Predator worn BDU pants? Also, the head looks way too big.

In the predators defense, proportioning armor, and such is a little hard to do. I'm just glad my Solid eye fits my big head well.

I kind of understand the reasoning with some peoples voting. They want the guy to win that they are going to play airsoft with next week so they can see the awesome prizes. Also no everyone knows how hard and time consuming it is to make this stuff.

I think Rabbit misrepresented what I said. I don't care if you want to vote me a 1 or a 10, I was just surprised at the sudden drop I got after "Connor" was accused of being me. It had nothing to do with me, but people assumed so there you go.

@Darius - IIRC, part of the point of the contest was to attract outside attention to the forum, hence why it's advertised on an international airsoft site. At the same time, a large portion (not all) of the regular posters here are hostile to people from outside your local community, which really does not encourage us to post here. On top of that, I've seen a lot of cosplayer hate on this forum, and last year I got quite a few comments like "anime sucks." It's a little confusing

In the end, this contest is about dressing up like fictional characters. More fun, less drama!

Actually it's "more cleavage, less clothing" but that's just how I rate pictures.
