Thats not true actually. Both Lion(and variants) and Lipos require balancing plugs. I would not use a Lion personally, but if I were to, it would need a balancing plug
As far as your question Jester. You're being a little too vague as to what you are looking for. Dimensions would be great for me to better help you. Below is a link to our site. Browse there. I am sure you will find something to suit your needs. $50 a a little slim on the budget. We do stock a really cheap lipo charger, but I am not a fan.
For all the money you guys spend on these guns, why would you want to skimp and put super cheap crappy batteries in them? Is performance not a big problem to the airsoft community? I am just not sure why I see so many people thinking they're going to be able to get quality packs and chargers for next to nothing. Perhaps there is something I am missing.
With the charger I would recommend, an LVC alarm, and the battery I have in mind, you're looking at more around the $100 price range. Of course you can go cheaper. But personally, I wouldn't...
