Gun not working after upgrade

Other things that are kinda obvious but easily overlooked:

Spring is the wrong way
Wire pinched to expose to metal, making a short
Piston not on rails correctly

Im with pseudo, check your rotation direction.
If that doesnt do it, then check your shimming - as in, take your gearbox down, take the cylinder, spring, and piston out and screw your gearbox back together - see if the gears spin freely.
If thats the case, then I really dont know what else to tell you.

I predict it'll be miswired contacts however, and the motor is spinning backwards.
